Home Information Packs

We can arrange the home information pack on your behalf. Jones Gough will then be able to send a copy via e-mail to the estate agents and also, once a purchaser has been found, we can forward a copy of the pack to the purchasers solicitors.

Selling

If you hold all the documents to your current property and you are selling then you need to locate them as they will be required in the sale of your property and we will require the documents to be sent to us so that we can include the required documents into the home information pack.
