At the initial interview we’ll ask a number of questions to help us gather together all the required information and any documentation we might need to pursue the claim, such as employment contracts.
After your interview we will review your documents and the evidence and then advise whether or not you should proceed with any legal action. We’re also able to arrange for mediation on employment disputes, to allow each side the opportunity of putting forward their points to an independent mediator, who will then consider all the facts and make a decision as to what should happen in your particular case. Each party is then obliged to comply with the decision of the mediator.
