Whether you are an employer or an employee, disputes between the employer and employee can be very difficult for everyone concerned, including other employees that are required to provide witness evidence in these matters.
Whether you are an employer or an employee, we can provide a free initial interview, whereby we can obtain from you all the relevant information with regards to the dispute. At such an interview, we will ask a number of questions to assist in collecting all the required information and ideally we will even look to obtain copies of any documents from you. The most important of which, will be the contract of employment.
After your interview, whether by telephone or face to face, we will review your documents and your evidence and then return to you with our advices as to whether or not you should proceed with any legal action.
In addition to this, we are able to arrange for mediation on employment disputes, which will allow each side the opportunity of putting forward their points to an independent mediator. They will then consider all the facts and make a decision as to what should happen in your particular case. Each party should then comply with the decision of the mediator.
